Somatic Therapies and Sound Healing

Jane Alexander, Reiki & Sound Healing Somatics

Through her personal healing journey, Jane discovered that Breathwork and Sound Healing paired with Reiki and Somatic Cueing are incredible modalities to find inner stillness and to work through trauma. She learned that breathing through discomfort is how she was able to come back home to herself, and can be an excellent tool for others as well. In her own process of healing, she discovered her true purpose.

Jane has an innate knowing that she came here to help others heal and it would be her greatest honor to be a part of your healing journey. For her, there is nothing more beautiful than witnessing someone feeling into their deepest pain and using it as a catalyst for healing and growth.

Hello! My name is Aspen, I am your local massage therapist and energy worker!

I am always striving to deepen my own mind-body-spirit connection and it is an honor to be able to help facilitate that care for others. I am a very intuitive worker and believe heavily in how powerful the ancient practice of touch can help physically, mentally, and spiritually. If you are looking to feel more in tune and trusting of your body I am your girl.

I got into this profession because of how uncomfortable and disconnected I have felt in my body. If you resonate with that statement don’t be afraid to come to my table.

I prioritize safety and holistic care and hope that everyone that leaves my space feels more like a whole human than when they came.
